Process Equipment for Manufacturing

manufacturing

At Automated Water & Effluent Ltd we have supplied instrumentation into a wide area of the manufacturing industries including into the areas as diverse as:-

  • Fine chemical processing
  • Pigments
  • Ceramic manufacturing
  • Munitions and Defensive Industries
  • Mining
  • Power Generation
  • Pigment Production
  • Pulp & Paper

While area is noticeably different, with specific standards and requirements, each area has common requirements for equipment that is reliable, accurate, and repeatable.

At Automated Water & Effluent we aim to fulfil these requirements with instrumentation and control equipment suitable for process critical applications that's as accurate in an industrial environment as it is in the laboratory.

Applications

Each area of manufacturing that we work with will often use a combination of established techniques and specialised processes unique to their industry sector. We work closely with our manufacturing customers to understand the desired objectives and ensure that the equipment provided delivers upon expectations while taking into account any specific standards that are required.

pH

ph

pH is the measurement of hydrogen ion concentration and is a widely used electrochemical parameter for both process control applications and for effluent treatment.

The measurement and data-logging of the pH value following pH neutralisation is normally a conditional requirement for a consent to discharge agreement.
