Piston pumps are suited for a wide range of dosing applications. This includes higher viscosity liquid along with higher flow rates of up to 1000 litres per hour. The range of control functions available make these pumps ideal for numerous applications including the proportional dosing of polyelectrolytes when selected with stainless steel wetted parts and a flooded suction installation.
Features
The ATM Series has a wide range of features icluding an innovative Graphic LCD display with multicolor backlights that change depending on the operation function, these modes include, Manual, Batch, Timed, ppm and Proportional dosing to external signal: mA and V.
The ATM series also features a manual adjustment of stroke length that provides the ultimate accuracy when combined with the controller, The Controller and motor can also be fixed in 3 positions for maximum flexibility. Along with other features the ATM Series features an Analogic current 0/4÷20 mA y 20÷4/0 mA. Input for proportional speed, Analogic voltage 0-10 V input. Digital pulse input 1kHz for proportional dosing for pulse emitter water meter. Liquid level control input (NO/NC). Remote control pause/stop input. Analogic current 4÷20 mA output, A Relay for remote alarm output and ModBus RS485 Protocol integrated on the main board.
