Engineering Project Co-Ordinator

Automated Water & Effluent limited are a supplier of analytical instrumentation and process control equipment for the water, waster water & process industries.
Due to internal restructering, we as a well-established process equipment specialist are looking for a highly driven engineering project coordinator to join our Stafford based team.
Reporting to the general manager, the engineering project coordinator will efficiently ensure the timely coordination of information, materials and resources from sourcing to despatch.
The role requires an individual with strong organisational, planning & communication skills. Attention to detail is a must with the ability to prioritise & multitask.
The role of engineering project coordinator offers a salary dependant upon experience + 20 days holiday + pension and the opportunity to join an established company with a strong opportunity for progression.

The Role

The role will require a hands-on individual with experience in an engineering and/or manufacturing environment with an understanding of logistics and manufacturing operations.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities;

Raise purchase orders for stock material, consumables and bespoke items, proactively expediting suppliers.
Ensuring that materials for projects are scheduled for delivery.
Liaise with customers & colleagues with regard to delivery schedules and manufacturing operations.
Help manage stock & storage systems to maintain accurate stock records.
Assist with compiling documentation packs as required Support the projects team in an administrative capacity.

Qualifications & Skills

Good engineering technical knowledge, ideally electrical or instrumentation.
Good communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Computer literate

Summary:

Salary is dependant upon suitability and previous experience.
