Our dosing pump range is designed to cover the full spectrum of control types, dosing rates and to ensure compatibility with a wide range of chemical reagents. Our online chemical compatibility checker is designed so that a range of chemical reagents can be checked against the wetted parts of a dosing pump, or to check the material of a dosing pump agains the chemical.
Water Treatment, Effluent Treatment and Process Control applications often include a requirement to add chemical reagent to a process. There is significant variance in the type of chemical reagent to be added, the flow rate, pressure and the nature of the control methodology.

Each metering pump in our dosing pump range is designed to provide accurate chemical delivery, to run continually, and to provide many years of reliable service in process control applications.
HY Series
The HY Series of Red Dosing Pumps are microprocessor based solenoid dosing pumps, which offer a cost effective solution to many simple dosing applications.
The HY series of red dosing pumps are ideal for applications where space is limited. The pumps are designed for mounting on a flat vertical surface The HY series of pumps have a fixed stroke length the output is manually controlled by adjusting the pump frequency from 0 – 160 strokes per minute.
AT Series
The AT-BL pump range are continuous flow rate dosing pumps, designed for a multiple range of dosing applications designed for a multiple range of dosing applications from high pressure applications to large flow rate applications.
The AT-AM pump range are proportional control dosing pumps to a Pulsed Input or a 4-20mA input designed for a multiple range of dosing applications and the AT-MT dosing pump range are microprocessor controlled dosing pumps which offer PPM Dosing, Batch Dosing, or Timer Controlled dosing, as well as being manually adjustable dosing pumps, proportional to a Pulsed Input, proportional to a 4-20mA input, or from a volt free start signal.
GEA-R Series
The GEA-R range of pumps are manufactured in a polypropylene housings, which provide weatherproof protection designed to IP65. Supplied with each pump are accessories comprising of foot & valve strainer unit, injection fitting and soft PVC suction hose and ridged LDPE dosing hose.
the GEA-R-BL pumps is is the manually adjustable pump stroke length between 0 & 100%. providing a 1000 to 1 turndown ratio (settings below 10 are not recomended)
The GEA-R-MT series is available as 3 ranges of pumps. Automatically controlling the pump speed or stroking rate by a 4 - 20 mA control signal or volt free contact closure (external pacing) where the incoming pulse rate can be multiplied or divided to achieve the maximum pump speed of 300 strokes/min.
Dosing Pump Accessories
Chemical dosing pumps are excellent for devices for ensuring that chemical reagents are precisely delivered into a process. Each process is nuanced in its own way with variations occurring across process control applications. A lot of these nuances can be overcome by adding an accessory to the dosing pump or part of the dosing tubing, whether it's on the suction side or the discharge side.
