HC3330
Offline Chemical Feeder with 13.6Kg Capacity
HC3330 Offline Chemcial Feeder with an internal capacity of 13.6Kg, can provide up to 1396m3 of treated water.
Offline Chemical Feeder HC3330 Introduction
The HC3330 is our offline chemical feeder / tablet holder with a capacity of 13.6Kg. It is designed to provide disinfected or treated water for use in legionella control into industrial applications or to provide process water for residential or commercial swimming pools.
The HC3330 is manufactured in specially formulated GRP, making it suitable for either Bromine Tablets or Chlorine (Trichlor) which provides one of the easiest ways to deliver treated water into industrial processes such as legionella prevention in large cooling tower applications or sanitised water for municipal or commercial swimming pools.
With a capacity of 13.6Kg of tablets the HC3330 can provide sanitised or disinfected water, suitable for 620m3 swimming pools when using Bromine or 1396m3 when used with Chlorine (trichlor).
Offline Chemical Feeder
The HC3330 is only suitable as an offline installation, meaning that a bypass line should be installed from the main process delivery line. The bypass line then returns back to the process line, allowing the treated water to be delivered to the process.
The HC3330 must be installed offline.
We strongly recommend that the HC3330 offline chemical feeder is installed as the final piece of equipment to the process. This means after any pumps, filters, heat exchangers or other control equipment so that the disinfected water doesn't interfere with any prior process. We also recommend that a non return valve, such as our NRV-100, is fitted between the offline chemical feeder inlet and the chemical feeder outlet, to prevent the back flow of chemicals.
Designed for an offline installation, the HC3330 is suitable for a maximum pressure of 3.4 Bar. For processes that operate with a higher pressure a High Pressure Brominator might be a more suitable alternative.
Heavy Duty Control Valve
The HC3330 is fitted with a front mounted control valve allowing the amount of chemical delivered by the HC3330 to be accurately adjusted, so that you can be confident that the correct amount of sanitised water is delivered into your process.
Offline Chemical Feeder HC3330 Installation
Offline installation of the HC3330 chemical feeder is incredibly simple. Supplied complete with 1" PVC threaded fittings, the HC3330 can be easily installed as a permanent part of the pipework, ensuring even delivery of sanitised water into the process.
In addition to an easy installation, the HC3330 includes an integrated air vent valve preventing the offline chemical feeder from becoming air-locked.
For periodic maintenance, the HC3330 has a top mounted locking ring, screen & check ball and a front mounted drain valve. The snap lock top with locking ring makes refilling the HC3330 incredibly simple and when combined with the check ball, screen and drain valve, cleaning and providing periodic maintenance to the HC3330 couldn't be easier.
HC3330 Features & Benefits
The HC3330 offers a simple way of delivering a large volume of treated water into a process, to remove pathogens and provide disinfection or legionella control. It is suitable for process control applications as well as for small residential or commercial swimming pools and Spas.
Designed for an offline installation with a total capacity of 13.6Kg of either Bromine or Chlorine (trichlor). the HC3330 can provide disinfected water suitable for pools with a volume of 620m3 using Bromine or 1346m3 using Chlorine (trichlor), where the pressure inline doesn't exceed 3.4 Bar.
One significant advantage of using an offline chemical feeder such as the HC3330 is that it offers water treatment with no ongoing running costs and minimal preventive maintenance and cleaning.
The 1" PVC threaded connections allow simple integration into rigid pipework for a permanent offline installation to provide continuous and hassle free water treatment.
With its heavy duty control valve, the HC3330 can easily regulate the amount of treated water that is provided.
The HC3330 is an excellent choice for water treatment applications where a consistent delivery of a large volume of sanitised or disinfected water is required.
