Long Life pH Probe

The 3637-10B long life probe is designed to offer exceptional resistance to the harshest of environments. Combining the most chemically resistant materials viable and with an extended electrode body the 3637-10B is designed to remain operational even when working continuously in reactive environments.

The 3637-10B long life pH probe has a single 3/4" male thread at the rear of the probe, allowing it to be submerged within tanks, pits, and other open vessels.

The 3637-10B pH probe has been designed with an extended pH probe body. This allows the probe to maximise the internal volume of reference material within both double junctions, extending the life of the pH probe during continuous measurement.

The double junction ensures that the pH probe is resistant to electrode poisoning from ammonia, chlorides, sulphides and other poisoning ions.

The reference is an annular type using a porous teflon junction to ensure that it is non fouling. This means that during normal usage the long life pH probe only needs to be removed for periodic calibration and buffering.

The pH probe is manufactured with our proprietary pH glass; PTFE reference materials and the body manufactured in PVDF, offering high chemical resistance and rated for a temperature range of 0-100ºC.

The 3637-10B is fitted with a 10 ft length of connecting cable terminating in a BNC connector which makes the connection to an appropriate pH transmitter or other pH instrument as simple as possible.

The extended pH probe body means that the volume of reference materials within the double junction are increased, allowing the pH probe to remain monitoring for extended periods, even while the pH value of the measured solution is working the pH probe. The only requirement for removal under normal operation is for periodic pH buffering and calibration.

The materials of construction are uncompromised with a PVDF body and porous PTFE reference, ensuring superb chemical resistance as well as excellent pH measurement accuracy and response to changes in pH values.

The guarded pH bulb ensures precision while reducing the probability of any mechanical damage due to contact with particulates.

The double junction silver, silver-chloride (Ag-AgCl) reference will prevent electrode poisoning from organic particulates while maintaining precision pH readings for process critical applications.

Designed as a long life pH probe and rated for a temperature range of 0-100ºC.
