Swimming Pool Controllers and Dosing Pumps
With our reputation for proving accurate and reliable instrumentation and control equipment we've recently been asked to increase the supply of our equipment into the wet leisure or swimming pool industries.
Acting as a supplier to our customer in the wet leisure industry our brominators, chemical dosing pumps, control panels, chlorine instruments and other products are now increasingly being used in municipal, commercial and larger private swimming pools.
As a sector the wet leisure industry has suffered from a reputation of providing equipment manufactured with cost prioritised over reliability and accuracy. As our equipment is predominantly designed for Water Treatment, Effluent Treatment and Process Control applications the positive feedback we've heard from the wet leisure professionals we've worked with has been welcoming.
In addition to providing loose equipment into the Wet Leisure sector we've been increasingly asked to provide control panels which can be used to control circulating pumps in spa's and swimming pools.
Applications
As experts in the design and build of water treatment systems working with wet leisure professionals has helped us to understand some of the fundamentals of providing dosing and control equipment for swimming pools and spa's.
Our brominators, dosing tanks and dosing pump range provide accurate and reliable chemical dosing of oxidising and non-oxidising biocides with developments specifically for working with chemical reagents that have a low vapour pressure such as chlorine.
We've can also provide our systems mounted as dosing skids or as back plate systems where we can mount instruments, dosing pumps and provide integrated bunds for the storage of chemical reagents - these are designed to minimise the time spent on site connecting the various components to a system. As each system is calibrated and pressure tested prior to leaving our factory - reducing the system site-work to connecting the pipework and power.
