GEA-R-BL Foot Mounted Dosing Pump
The GEA-R-BL series of foot mounting electronic dosing pump compliment our AT-BL series of surface mounting electronic dosing pump by offering a foot mounting dosing pump ideal for mounting on top of a dosing tank or any suitable flat horizontal surface.
The GEA-R-BL dosing pump features a manually adjustable control of the pump speed which maybe set manually between 0 and 100% on the two lined display with the updown keys providing a precision setting of the pump output.
The advantage of the GEA-R-BL pumps are the manually adjustable of the pump stroke length between 0 & 100%. providing a 1000 to 1 turndown ratio (settings below 10 are not recomended) The whole series of GEA-R pumps are supplied as standard with PVDF heads and PTFE diaphragm, for greater chemical resistance when dosing concentrated reagents. We are able to offer optional PTFE ball valves for solution’s which are not compatible with ceramic.
RDP Supplied with each pump are accessories comprising of foot valve strainer unit, injection fitting and 900 mm of soft PVC and/or ridged LDPE hoses.
The GEA-R-BL series of electronic dosing pumps are a tough reliable dosing pump designed to provide a long trouble free life the output is rated for continuous dosing duty.
GEA-R-BL Dosing Pump Outputs
The GEA-R-BL series has the added feature of a low chemical level input, when fitted with the optional low level float switch or suction lance the pump will stop dosing when the chemical reagent runs out, this can also be used to switch the pump on & off with out cutting the mains supply Hose connections are either 4 x 6 mm or 8 x 12 mm LDPE low density polyethylene hose making the pumps easily interchangeable with our existing pumps already installed.
